Sales Manager
About the role:
The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and optimizing sales tools, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth sales operations from lead to conversion. This person will help ensure our sales process is efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm sales appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth lead flow and conversions.
- Monitor and update sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PMs) to ensure alignment on leads and client data.
- Assist in developing and refining sales processes and workflows.
- Provide operational support to the sales team - lead tracking, documentation, CRM hygiene.
- Help with onboarding new sales team members on tools and processes.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into operational efficiencies.
Ideal candidate profile
- Sales experience — at least 2 years in sales support, operations, or related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus: past experience working with HubSpot, Aloware, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets.
Additional details:
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Work hours: EST timezone
- Compensation range is from $800 to $1,500 USD a month based on experience.
