About the Role
BM Digital is hiring a public-facing Partner to serve as the voice and face of the company. In this role, you’ll lead our external pipeline through thought leadership, high-impact content, industry events, and strategic relationships.
You’ll represent BM Digital across stages, podcasts, and media appearances, while working closely with our Sales team to drive qualified demand and directly influence revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Media
- Speak at 12+ major industry events per year (e.g., Shoptalk, eCommerce Fuel, AdWorld)
- Appear on 4+ relevant podcasts or webinars per month
- Lead co-marketing partnerships with tech platforms, SaaS tools, and media brands
- Launch and host a weekly show or podcast under the BM Digital brand
- Regularly contribute LinkedIn posts, short-form video clips, and newsletters
Demand Generation & Revenue Impact
- Influence $4M+ in new ARR in year one
- Design content-to-SQL tracking with the sales team
- Shorten sales cycles by providing content assets
Content & AI Workflows
- Record and publish weekly breakdowns of case studies and strategic frameworks
- Lead a lean content team using AI-first tooling
- Maintain a content engine that produces 10+ assets per week from long-form inputs
Narrative & Internal Enablement
- Lead quarterly “Narrative Fitness” sessions to unify how BM tells its story
- Mentor our creative team on storytelling, hooks, and content formats
- Serve as an expert resource on calls with high-value prospects
This Might Describe You
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, media, or demand generation
- Track record of public speaking, podcasting, and thought-leadership that drove real revenue
- Strong background in DTC, influencer marketing, paid media, and AI tools
- Able to build frameworks, articulate strategic thinking, and simplify complex concepts
- Confident in startup founder rooms and enterprise boardrooms
- Bonus: you’ve built or acquired a podcast, newsletter, or audience property
Compensation
$200K—$550K USD total compensation annually, which includes base, performance bonus, and equity package
