Influencer Marketing Specialist
About the role:
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of paid influencer collaborations, TikTok Shop campaigns, and gifting-based partnerships to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role includes identifying suitable influencers, building relationships, and coordinating the process to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. The specialist will track campaign performance and gather content for brand use, aligning efforts with business objectives. A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer dynamics, and organizational skills is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are key to fostering positive and impactful partnerships with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Influencer Campaigns
- Manage end-to-end paid collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — from outreach and negotiation to execution and reporting.
- Develop campaign strategies that align with brand goals and maximize engagement and ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
TikTok Shop Campaigns
- Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
- Monitor key performance metrics (clicks, sales, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creators to develop engaging content that performs well within the TikTok ecosystem.
Gifting Campaigns
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers for gifting collaborations.
- Coordinate product shipments, track deliveries, and monitor campaign activities.
- Collect and organize influencer-generated content for use across brand channels.
- Measure the impact of gifting campaigns and report performance to internal teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing paid influencer, gifting campaigns, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, social media trends, and content best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for influencer culture and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Additional details:
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
- The compensation range is $800-$1000 USD a month depending on experience.
