Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager (Creative PM) supports the Creative Strategist by executing research, copy, and production-related tasks. This role focuses on high-volume, detail-oriented work that enables faster creative output and improved campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft creative briefs based on strategic direction for senior review
- Produce and iterate ad copy using AI tools
- Conduct competitor research across paid social and digital channels
- Perform brand and customer research (e.g. review mining, forums, social platforms)
- Adapt high-performing scripts and concepts to new brands and campaigns
- Assist in generating multiple creative variations from a single concept
- Review and QA new creatives before launch
- Review raw footage and identify usable content for ads
- Support the Creative Strategist with execution of creative ideas
Requirements
- Strong written English skills
- Experience in copywriting, digital marketing, or creative production
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and performance creatives
- Ability to use AI tools for content generation (e.g. ChatGPT or similar)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow direction and work within defined processes
- Availability to work UK hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance marketing or DTC brands
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
- Basic understanding of video ad structure and hooks
Working Model
- Works directly with a Creative Strategist (1:1 support model)
- Initial onboarding includes structured training in creative strategy fundamentals
- Output-focused role with clear performance expectations
Growth Opportunity
This role offers a clear path toward advancement into Creative Strategist or other senior creative roles, based on performance and skill development.
Compensation:
The compensation range is $900-$1,500 USD a month based on the experience.
This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
