Project Manager (Paid Media)

Remote
Full Time
Experienced

About the role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Media Project Manager to coordinate campaign execution across our paid media team, support client communication, and ensure flawless delivery across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other performance channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of paid media, thrives on keeping complex multi-channel campaigns organized, and can bridge the gap between strategy and execution without dropping anything.

About us:

BM Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:

  • A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
  • An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
  • Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO

We’re trusted by 100+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 70+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $200M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.

BM Digital is not just an agency. We’re a scalable growth platform with a strong performance guarantee, a track record of results, and a culture built for A-players.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day project coordination across active paid media accounts — tracking campaign launches, creative deadlines, reporting cycles, and client deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Manage campaign launch workflows end-to-end: brief intake, creative handoff, QA checklists, platform setup confirmation, and go-live verification across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing
  • Maintain and update internal project management tools (Asana) with accurate task ownership, deadlines, and status across all active paid media accounts
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting cycles — collecting platform data, assembling performance decks, and ensuring reports are delivered to clients on schedule
  • Support client onboarding for new paid media accounts, including campaign briefing documentation, platform access setup, pixel and tracking verification, and SOW alignment
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for clients on day-to-day questions, timeline updates, and deliverable status — escalating strategic and performance questions to the relevant media buyer or account lead
  • Facilitate communication between paid media buyers, the creative team, and analytics to keep creative testing cycles, audience builds, and campaign optimizations on track
  • Track and flag campaign pacing, budget utilization, and launch timelines — proactively alerting media buyers and account leads when campaigns are at risk of missing targets or deadlines
  • Coordinate creative production timelines with the creative team, ensuring ad assets are delivered, approved, and trafficked before campaign launch dates
  • Organize and maintain accurate records for all paid media accounts including platform access logs, creative version history, campaign naming conventions, and reporting archives
  • Participate in internal paid media team meetings to align on priorities, flag blockers, and ensure cross-account workloads are balanced
  • Assist in preparing client-facing performance summaries and QBRs in collaboration with media buyers and account leads

Ideal candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of project management or account coordination experience, preferably inside a paid media agency or in-house performance marketing team
  • Working knowledge of major paid media platforms — Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager — not as a media buyer, but enough to understand campaign structure, creative specs, and reporting basics
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without losing accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — able to translate between technical media buyers and clients who need clear, jargon-free updates
  • Proficient in Asana or equivalent project management software and G-Suite
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and under tight campaign launch deadlines
  • A proactive mindset — you flag problems before they become fires and find solutions before being asked
  • Familiarity with paid media reporting metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC) is a strong asset — you don't need to build the reports but you should be able to read them and understand what they mean

Compensation:

The compensation range is $900-$1,500 USD a month.

This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.

Location:

All of our team is working completely remotely. Yes, that’s right! Work remotely from wherever you want! We’ll make sure your working experience is as comfortable as possible!
